A new school year begins and the team is preparing for the 2022 season. After two years of designing the 10s prototypes, FST Lisboa is now focusing on a new car.
The regulations by which the team is guided will undergo a considerable overhaul, where the focus is to put more emphasis on autonomous driving. FST Lisboa, which has been following the developments in the competition and also in the industry for several years, has responded positively to this challenge: its next prototype, the FST 11 will compete in both dynamic electric vehicle and autonomous vehicle races, meaning that this will be the team’s first prototype built from scratch to have autonomous capabilities.
